The staff at M&E have proven to be not only resourceful but also extremely supportive with work related issues.
In addition to this they also support with private challenges that one might encounter when moving to a different country. Driving is my passion, during my first 6 months working with M&E I was fortunate to progress from Movement Control Driver to Recovery Ops.

Working abroad is an unbeatable experience, both personally and for career development.
When I saw the opportunity with M&E to work for the US military in Germany, I thought it sounded amazing – and I haven’t looked back since! There are plenty of opportunities for training and development for anyone who wants it. You will also learn on the job too – in fact, I’d say that I’ve learnt something new every day since I’ve been here!Life here is great. I’ve made lots of friends, both on and off base, and there are loads of opportunities to travel and explore on the weekends.

M&E Global - Ground Support Equipment Mechanic

Working at M&E Global was without a doubt ideal for my transition.
Previously I was in the military for 13.5 years before being discharged due to medical reasons. Of all the people who I met when I first started my contract, about 90% were ex-military, so in a way it felt like I’d never left! We had the same banter, the same laughs - it was a real home away from home.

M&E Global gave me the training and opportunities to progress in my career.
What I like most about my work at M&E is the opportunities it offers me for development and the challenges and complexity of the tasks it puts in front of me. Secondly, it's great that I’m learning about working in a military environment. I emphasise learning, because the area is so vast that you will always be surprised by something new!

My wages have always been paid on time and never a discrepancy. I would highly recommend anyone to work for M&E. RSNF - Naval Maintenance
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) requires engineering services to provide technical assistance to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) to perform Standardised Pierside Maintenance and Repair (SPMR) on ships in Saudi Arabia. In particular, the SPMR Program is a repair and test program designed to enhance the reliability and performance while lowering the life cycle costs of the equipment. Their global objective is to have strategically managed SAIs leading to higher performance. Yearly, we have provided skilled marine maintenance technicians on short term assignments in Saudi Arabia to provide maintenance support of RSNF vessels systems. Together with our in-country sponsors, M&E plan and coordinate fully compliant solutions, including work visas, Saudi Residency Visas (Iqama), accommodation, travel and transport, that require the flexibility of variable deployment periods and very specific skill sets that are often hard to come by, particularly with respect to the specific naval work required of marine engineering jobs.

UK Vehicle Trialling
Vehicle trials require a flexible and responsive approach throughout the trial period due to the need to ramp up and ramp down the workforce according to the changing shape of the programme as it evolves over time and also due to the possibility of irregular work hours, night time/weekend requirements, multiple Trials Locations and extreme conditions and working environments. M&E works closely with the Prime contractors' Program Management team in order to fully understand the client’s mission and manning requirements to ensure that the Program meets its goals and milestones. New vehicles M&E support General Dynamics UK (GDUK) with a team of Driver and armoured vehicles commanders for ongoing trials of the AJAX armoured fighting vehicles.
