Donatella joined M&E Global as a Recruitment Resourcer in February 2022 and was then promoted to Recruitment Consultant to support our Mechanical and Aviation contracts throughout Europe and Middle East. She has developed her knowledge in recruiting to niche roles in these sectors using various avenues including job boards to industry events.
Dona enjoys networking with candidates, sharing what M&E have to offer and being able to ensure that her candidates experience a smooth and supportive transition into their new role. She continues to follow all of her candidates, watching them grow and progress in the roles that she helped them to find.
