As an example, in 2011 in Kuwait, we outperformed other organisations through the provision of Heavy Vehicle Drivers surge personnel; a key differentiator was our ability to obtain Kuwait HGV driving licences to meet Kuwait Ministry regulations that ultimately resulted in our workforce being able to drive the vehicle on Kuwait roads.

We supported General Dynamics UK with a team of driver and vehicle commanders for ongoing trials of the AJAX armoured fighting vehicles).
Modifications and upgrades
This includes providing Core team and Surge team personnel to carry out improvements to the British Army’s Warrior armoured fighting vehicle (AFV). The upgrade includes an innovative new turret designed and developed by LMUK in Ampthill.
These vehicle trials require a flexible and responsive approach throughout the trial period due to the need to ramp up and ramp down the workforce according to the changing shape of the programme as it evolves over time - all of which we can cater for here at M&E.
